to keep your domain name, a $60.00 fee is applied to transfer the domain name.

event that you have an excessive amount of content (text or pictures) that you
would like on your website, an additional payment may be required. We do not
guarantee any search engine results, or amount of traffic to your website. We
are highly qualified in website optimization, but no guarantees
are ever made as search engines do not partner with any website
optimization companies.
Furthermore, you agree to hold Modern Concepts harmless, and take full
responsibility for all content on the website you purchase, including, but not
limited to: Promises or commitments made to visitors of your site regardless of
any errors made by Modern Concepts, or domain name ownership. By purchasing a
website and asking us to add content to that site, you are taking
full and complete responsibility for that content.
By using our services or website, you are accepting this agreement in it's entirety.
